Workout  Philosophy
My workouts are unlike other boot camps or group classes. Having a BS in Exercise Science and a 20+ year background in injury rehabilitation and a Wellness Coach certification sets me apart from other trainers. I believe in teaching people how to listen to their body and isolate muscles different than most. Injury and pain make an individual more aware of their body but that is just the beginning. Understanding what your body needs, identifying the weaknesses and giving you the tools to get you to the place you physically want to be is what Earley Wellness is about. If you want to learn how to exercise and learn proper form and technique, latest exercises with a qualified trainer then you are at the right place.

These workouts are for anyone wanting to get into shape or someone wanting a fresh approach. You will be challenged within your own individual ability. Now is the time to start doing something for you! Guaranteed to see results, have fun, meet new people and have a great experience!

We offer a variety of exercise classes:
One- on- One Training
Small Group 3-5 people
Larger Group (Boot Camp style, 5-10)
