Earley Wellness has evolution over the years from ….”Weight Loss to Wellness”.

I began years ago trying to help people lose weight by working them out in the gym.  I realized that 2-3 hours a week that I had to spend with them working out was just a small part of the BIG picture when it comes to managing your weight and being healthy and well!  The transformation started for me when I began my wellness coach studies.  This was the other part of the wellness continum I was looking for. Work Life Balance signpost

Wellness is the integration of the physical, emotional and spiritual components of each person through healthy choices based on an individual’s core values and beliefs. The result is moving away from the scale obsession that we revolve around now to a healthy balanced state of being.

The process of being well is a journey. There has to be attention and intention given to your actions. We are here to help you on your path and we will meet you wherever you are and support this “Continuum of Growth”.

What does it take to make true change in your life? This truly takes a shift in consciousness. Health and wellness are a matter of bringing awareness to your life. In order to do that you need to assess your state of health- mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual on an on-going basis. Don’t wait for a crisis to jolt your awareness; the time to start on your road to wellbeing is now. The trip can even be fun!!
